The Leap Challenge

 

Come explore movement through combinations of strength, plyometric, bodyweight, core, conditioning, and other training techniques. Every class will help you improve your fitness while having fun with your peers.

The Leap Challenge happens every MONDAY EVENING.

TT Power Hour

 

Get stronger and leaner by developing your functional lifts and movements in this full-body workout. This class is focused on slow movements and longer holds to turn up the burn, get those muscles fired up and build strength and mobility. Leave class feeling stronger and more confident. Prepare to unleash your power!

TT Power Hour happens every TUESDAY + THURSDAY EVENING.

The Weekender

 

Step into the weekend with a full-body workout that will help you burn fat and increase your heart rate. With a new workout every week, these classes are designed to refresh and rejuvenate your mind and body to get your weekend started!

The Weekender happens every SATURDAY MORNING + EVERY OTHER SUNDAY.


The Weekender on SUNDAY will be available every other Sunday. An extra class will be added on Saturday morning. We will be hosting community events in lieu of classes on Sunday. Please check our Community page on our website for any updates.

Beginner exercisers, athletes and all those in-betweens are invited to try any of our classes. Take the leap and come join us!
